The configure.sh script was missing it's execute permission as checked
out from CVS. It'd be nice to fix this if possible.

I started working on FreeBSD 6.2 / AMD64 tests, but got distracted by
$JOB_SPECIFIC stuff. I'll do a bunch-o-tests on Monday.
