Slony-I uses the primary key to manage replication of data; it does not
make any use of oids in that regard.

I think we have one application that historically cared about oids, that
being RT (Request Tracker).

Since oids (on normal tables, at any rate) have long been a deprecated
feature, it would be quite the design mistake for Slony-I to depend on
them :-).
