You just don't get to have the arrows go in a circle or back to the master. Note that in slony parlance, there are no masters and slaves. There are providers and subscribers. In my interpretation of your diagram, the machine on the far left would be a provider only, the machine on the far right a subscriber only, and the machine in the middle would be both a subscriber and a provider. There are some basic examples of this in the slony docs I believe.
