A couple:

1) Use CVS Head, not 1.1.0 which doesn't support Windows.

2) Read the SGML docs (prerequisites.sgml iirc) to find out what
dependencies are needed and where to get them.

3) Don't blame us when it all goes wrong because you are using alpha
quality code that has had very limited testing.
