I've produced this patch to have the
make slony.pdf target use this steps instead of the jadetex ones.  The 
old commands seemed to work for me as well but it took a really long 
time for the pdf to run.

With this patch slony.pdf will be included in the -doc tar file that 
gets built/pushed to the slony.info site.

Any comments?
