I doubt you will find pre-compiled slony binaries for PG 8.0
Hiroshi Saito used to build win32 binaries for Slony but 
nothing he has posted on his site at 
http://developer.pgadmin.org/~hiroshi/Slony-I/ goes back to PG 8.0

Slony 2.0 or higher requires PG 8.3+.  So if you are building your own 
binaries you will need to stick with Slony 1.2.  I think slony 1.2 requires 
you to use mingw to build (I don't actually know if slony will build against 
PG 8.0 on windows, 8.0 was early in the timeline of PG windows support)
