I doubt you will find pre-compiled slony binaries for PG 8.0 Hiroshi Saito used to build win32 binaries for Slony but nothing he has posted on his site at http://developer.pgadmin.org/~hiroshi/Slony-I/ goes back to PG 8.0 Slony 2.0 or higher requires PG 8.3+. So if you are building your own binaries you will need to stick with Slony 1.2.
