You can use SLony for this, but it won't pick up the new tables 
automatically - you'll have to add them to the replication set by hand.

If you were on PostgreSQL 9+, you could use it's built-in replication - 
as it's WAL-based, I think it will pick up new tables.

If you're just backing up the database, could you use pg_dump instead?
