1: Slony 2.0.x is NOT ready for production (but it's getting closer),
you'd be advised to run 1.2.latest there.
2: Slony 2.0.x is up to 2.0.4.rc2 and has a lot of bug fixes, so it's
likely you're being bitten by an already fixed bug.  Try a 2.0.4.rc2
or wait for 2.0.4 final release and try that.
