If your .so is 32 bit, you need to get the right so (64 bit) and have everything in 64 bit mode. Sometimes both sets are present in the system and if you point it to the right one, it will work. Please try a find command for that .so file and see if both are available (32 bit and 64 bit). If they are, you can use the 64 bit so path during configure/compile. There is a switch available to compile in 64 bit mode. Please see this link http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-software-2/compiling-php-on-rhel-5-64-bit-685606/ Regards, Jay Rainer Duffner <rainer at ultra-s ecure.de> To Sent by: Jayadevan M slony1-general- <Jayadevan.Maymala at ibsplc.com> bounces at lists.s cc lony.info slony1-general at lists.slony.info Subject Re: [Slony1-general] Problem 05/29/2009 running slonik on Solaris: 12:22 PM slony1_funcs not found Am 29.05.2009 um 08:31 schrieb Jayadevan M: > Hi, > You could also try a 'file' command on that .so file to see if it is a > 32-bit 64-bit confusion.
