We are getting the following error:
PGRES_FATAL_ERROR select
"_replcluster".determineIdxnameSerial('public.t_history'),
"_replcluster".determineAttKindSerial('public.t_history');  - ERROR:
Slony-I: table "public"."t_history" does not have the serial key
