Most definitely. We keep all our replicants on the same ntp service to 
avoid time issues. It would only effect the nodes that are an hour 
behind. If there are any nodes that were in date/time sync with the 
master that had out of date data, and the master was it's provider (and 
not another slave) then there is something else going on there as well.
