Can anyone point me to documentation that outlines what changes require 
the use of 'execute_script?'

For example, I assume it's necessary for:

Adding a new table.
Adding a new field to an existing table.
Adding a view.

Is it necessary when:

Adding a new trigger?
Adding a new function?
