I wouldn't see any problem with that in general.

The only times that Slony messes around with the schema itself are

a) When creating it (right at the start).  You don't have a Slony-I 
schema yet at that point to have added anything into, so there's very 
little risk there :-).

b) When upgrading from one version to another, which is special enough 
in other ways :-).

 From a "general hygiene" perspective I'd not want to have views that 
aren't related to replication in that schema, but if you have some view 
you use for monitoring replication, that would be a good place to stow it.
