I find the following:

./redhat/postgresql-slony1.specfile
./suse/postgresql-slony1-engine.specfile
./postgresql-slony1.spec.in

Further, ./configure complains:

checking for pg_config... configure: error: Cannot find pg_config.
Please specify correct installation path for pg_config
     with --with-pgconfigdir=<dir>

I then tried:

./configure
--with-pgconfigdir=/home/esoteric/postgresql-7.4.18/src/bin/pg_config

configure: error: Your version of libpq doesn't have PQunescapeBytea
this means that your version of PostgreSQL is lower than 7.3
and thus not supported by Slony-I.

I've got the following rpms installed:

postgresql-pl-7.4.18-1PGDG.rhel4
postgresql-server-7.4.18-1PGDG.rhel4
postgresql-libs-7.4.18-1PGDG.rhel4
postgresql-7.4.18-1PGDG.rhel4

So I know I've not got anything lower then 7.3
