Can you explain if this is dependant on some version of PG or Slony?  Or, if 
it only occurs when dumping from the master? or slave?? I can't seem to get 
the error below when taking a dump of the database on a slave instance.  I 
also tested loading the dump file into an empty PG instance and got no 
errors.
