Anybody know in what moment of time slony clean SL_NODELOCK ?

if the slon daemon stop at all (on master and slaves) SL_NODELOCK must 
be empty ???

i have about 120 row( on the slave number 6), in claster consist 1 
master and 5 slave, i think that it's WRONG I'm right ?
