The partial indexes are based on what origin nodes you're actually using, which is unknown until you start setting up subscriptions. Over time, this logic will run periodically when: a) You change configuration (e.g. - add nodes, change subscriptions, MOVE SET, and such) and b) The slon switches back and forth between using sl_log_1 and sl_log_2. It's routine; nothing to worry about.
