Actually, 1.2 creates the extra indexes using this same logic.

The partial indexes are based on what origin nodes you're actually
using, which is unknown until you start setting up subscriptions.

Over time, this logic will run periodically when:
a) You change configuration (e.g. - add nodes, change subscriptions,
MOVE SET, and such) and
b) The slon switches back and forth between using sl_log_1 and sl_log_2.

It's routine; nothing to worry about.
