I think this is the way I'll proceed.  The dump/reload only takes  
like 10 minutes and RT is not a time-critical app for us, so we can  
afford the minimal downtime.

Thanks for the notes.  I was hoping to avoid this downtime, but it  
looks like the path of least resistance...
