Currently 1.2 will not compile on -HEAD newer than mid march.  I'm working on 
a fix for that now. 

Also I'm working on a solution for the recent datestyle bug 
(http://gborg.postgresql.org/project/slony1/bugs/bugupdate.php?1566).
