When we dump/restore a replica DB (and fix table/sequence OIDs in
replica sl_tables/sl_sequences), we get:

error at or near "order" at character 173

Prior to this in the log is:

DEBUG2 remoteWorkerThread_1: Didn't add or to provider

Any ideas what I have missed in my dump/restore?
