Out of the 6 machines in my little slony cluster, 3 of them require
frequency vacuum fulls of pg_listener since the notices are being added
faster than regular vacuum can clean them out growing pg_listener to
hundreds of MBs in size.

Someone hinted once that Slony would work with a slower response time
without using listen/notify but I don't see that option in the docs.

Any hints?
