Given a config file with these commands:

syslog 0
log_level 4
log_timestamp 1

cluster_name foo
conn_info 'dbname=foo user=postgres host=localhost port=5432'


"slon -f config" runs fine.

if you change log_timestamp to 0, it gives a usage error message.
