I'm not expecting any of these to be applied right now, just added to
the patch queue ready for when CVS is branched and development begins
again.

There are/will be 4 of us working on porting Slony to Win32 and adding
full support to pgAdmin and pgInstaller. I realise that's not a huge
number, but it's a start :-)

PS. My 3rd patch (the ducttape one) needs a little tweaking - please
ignore it for now and I'll fix it up tomorrow.
