I (think I) need to disable slons vacuuming of my autovacuum-managed database

There used to be an option -c 0 for that

but slon 1.0.5 does not recogise it any more.

My problem is that sometimes slon just gets error 'concurrent update' (and
exits) and tells me about concurrent vacuum being run there.
