Howdy. Could somebody make a version of Slony-I-implementation available
somewhere as a PDF? When I try to make it I get:

% make
djpeg Slon_900x720.jpg | pnmtops -rle -noturn >Slon.eps
/bin/sh: pnmtops: not found
make: *** [Slon.eps] Error 1

The Solaris 8 machine I'm on doesn't have pnmtops installed anywhere
that I can find. The ps2pdf utility is also nowhere to be found, so if
somebody has built this, it would be a big help if it could be put on
the project site, or sent to me directly.
