This was reported by someone running slony 2.2.0 in a 6 node cluster with a 1
set and where some nodes were cascaded.


They have a constant stream of messages in their logs of the form:

CONFIG remoteWorkerThread_8322: update provider configuration
CONFIG remoteWorkerThread_8322: helper thread for provider 8322 terminated
CONFIG remoteWorkerThread_8322: disconnecting from data provider 8322
CONFIG remoteWorkerThread_8321: update provider configuration
CONFIG remoteWorkerThread_8321: helper thread for provider 8381 terminated
CONFIG remoteWorkerThread_8321: disconnecting from data provider 8381


The providers keep connecting and disconnecting.
