The option "WAIT ON" for "WAIT FOR EVENT" has no implicit default value. If it
is omitted, the error is "Error: No admin conninfo provided for node -1".

I believe that most of the time, one uses the same WAIT ON node as the ORIGIN,
so that might be a sensible default if the option is not provided.

If we don't want t default, then the error message should indicate that the
option is mandatory.
