[PATCH] Added options parameter to add_node in slon_tools.conf for passing
extra command-line options to the slon daemon.

Using the slon_start script only allows DEBUGLEVEL and SYNC_CHECK_INTERVAL to
be passed to the slon daemon, as configured in slon_tools.conf.  I've attached
a patch which allows you to pass an options argument to add_node for passing
arbitrary command-line options on a per-node basis.
