Add in functions to manage the exclusion table.

- excludenode(excluder, excludee)
- excludenode_int(excluder, excludee)
- unexcludenode(excluder, excludee)
- unexcludenode_int(excluder, excludee)

Exclude functions add in nodes

Unexclude functions remove nodes
