Patch to slonik_move_set

postgres:~$ slonik_move_set --config /etc/slony1/slon_tools-db.conf 1 61 62 |
slonik                 
<stdin>:7: Error: No admin conninfo provided for node -1

According to
http://www.mail-archive.com/slony1-general@lists.slony.info/msg00873.html this
is due to wait for event needing a third parameter. 

I've attached a patch to do that, slonik_move_set then works for me (Debian
lenny using slony1-bin out of experimental, version 2.0.2)
