Getting this error while building Slony 1.2.13 on Linux:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpgport'

This error arises in src/slonik/Makefile . -lpgport was moved outside if block
for  win32 in 1.2.13, and that breaks builds on Linux.

This is also reported by lio bod in the mailing lists.
