After the rotatelogs change in slony 1.2.8, it rotates the logs daily, but the 
log file name only includes the year and the month, which will make 
yesterday's log file inaccessible.

The other issue with that is that now the format with rotatelogs is %Y-%m and 
without it is still %Y-%m-%d_%H:%M:%S, which seems inconsistent.

Please change that back.
